Left click on the little arrow on the task bar on the bottom of your desktop screen
See where the yellow arrow is pointing to on the image to the left
This will pop up some hidden icons for applications running on your machine.
Look for the blue ‘d’
The red arrow is pointing to the icon you need
Right click on the blue ‘d’
A pop up menu will appear with a couple of options for contacting us with your issue:
“Take screenshot and request support”
This option will capture a screenshot and open up the contact form for you to add more information. Submit the form to create a ticket, and one of our team will contact you soon.

2. Send Us An Email
Give us as much information about your issue as you can. We definitely need the following:
– a description of your problem or request
– the best number to contact you on
3. Give Us A Call
One of our help desk engineers will log your call, create a support ticket for you and kick off the process of fixing your issue as soon as possible.
