Left click on the little arrow on the task bar on the bottom of your desktop screen

This will pop up some hidden icons for applications running on your machine.

A pop up menu will appear with a couple of options for contacting us with your issue:

“Take screenshot and request support”
This option will capture a screenshot and open up the contact form for you to add more information. Submit the form to create a ticket, and one of our team will contact you soon. 

“Request support”
This option will open up the contact form for you to add information about your issue. Submit the form to create a ticket, and one of our team will contact you soon.
