We’re incredibly proud and delighted to announce that for the second year running, we have been selected as a G-Cloud Supplier to the Crown Commercial Service. We are official G-Cloud 12 suppliers under Lot 2: Cloud Software and Lot 3: Cloud Support.

Being accepted onto this government framework is further recognition of the high standard of service we are delivering to our growing customer base and allows us to compete on a level-playing field with some of the largest cloud service providers in the country.

Who is the Crown Commercial Service?

The Crown Commercial Service, otherwise known as CCS, is the largest public sector procurement agency in the UK, enabling public sector companies to access the framework for all cloud-based services. The framework provides the reassurance that several checks have been carried out by the CCS as part of the agreement between the government and suppliers.

CCS works with over 17,000 customer organisations in the public sector, as well as a supply chain of in excess of 5,000 suppliers across all types of products & services.


What Does Becoming a G-Cloud 12 Supplier Mean?

As a Microsoft Cloud Services Provider (CSP), we manage the licensing and subscription of our customers’ Microsoft 365 tenants. This includes the whole suite of collaboration, communication and productivity tools provided by Microsoft.


Microsoft 365 Managed Support

We ensure you achieve sustained benefits from your Microsoft 365 deployments by providing full administrative application and operation support via our Microsoft 365 Managed Support service. We deliver this service from our UK-based Service Desk. The team are available Monday to Friday, 8am to 6pm, apart from bank holidays.


Mimecast Secure Email Gateway

This sophisticated Mimecast offering provides proactive protection against viruses, spam and data leaks. It also delivers URL protection, attachment protection, and impersonation protection.
